Hélène Russell of TheKnowledgeBusiness is a specialist in Knowledge Management with a particular interest in cultures and complexity. She works primarily within the legal sector, but also with pharmaceutical, health and retail sectors. After starting her career as a clinical negligence litigation defence lawyer, then as a Knowledge Lawyer, Hélène then completed an executive MBA, studying antecedents to knowledge sharing for her dissertation. She has now worked as a self-employed KM consultant since 2008. Hélène is the Chair of the CILIP Knowledge and Information Management special interest group and 2024 Judge for the Lexis Nexis KM awards.
