Last week SJ reported on the news that lawyers are currently more faithful to their roles and firms than during 2014. The 2015 Salary and Benefits Benchmarker report by legal recruiters Douglas Scott found that the average time spent by a lawyer in a role is three years and four months, after which legal professionals are most likely to consider a career move.
