SME bank disputes

The Independent Business Banking Resolution Service (BBRS) has nowopened for business. The BBRS is a dispute resolution service set up to resolve complaints from larger SMEs about their banks. It deals with both historical and new disputes and at its launch, already had more than 400 cases. Before its launch, it was warned by government to expect a raft of coronavirus business interruption loan scheme-related complaints. The service is free.
