BLG pioneers know-how system technology

Barlow Lyde & Gilbert has launched B-LeGal, an upgraded know-how system, utilising Syntalex linking technology in a knowledge management system and enabling automated integration of external online sources of information with the firm’s own know-how.

BLG has updated its know-how system to take advantage of recent advances in technology and legal publishing, and to further the goal of promoting a knowledge sharing culture throughout the firm. In addition to creating a system with a browser-based interface, which can search through the firm’s know-how databases, B-LeGal will provide direct access to external online sources of information that BLG lawyers utilise.
