Penny Francis, managing partner, said: “Operating as an LLP is more appropriate for the needs of a large, modern, professional practice. We are pleased to have achieved LLP status. We believe it is in the interests of our clients for us to be an LLP as it will enable us to retain and attract the brightest people to provide the best service to our clients. Our clients and staff fully support our decision to take this step.”

Deloittes acted as Lawrence Graham’s accountants on its LLP conversion, and John Machell of Serle Court Chambers provided legal advice.
