All change at Dundas & Wilson

Dundas & Wilson (D&W) has become the first of the big four Scottish firms to convert to limited liability partnership (LLP) as of November 2004.

The move also coincides with the reappointment of Chris Campbell as managing partner until April 2010.

The firm also announced that chairman Neil Cochran, who earlier this year announced his plans to step down as chairman in June 2005, will be succeeded by partner Michael McAuley, head of D&W's government services group. Cochran will remain with D&W as a consultant in the role of practice director for three years.
