National law firm Bevan Ashford EPLhas concluded terms to move into a new custom-built office complex to accommodate 600 staff following five years of growth.

The EPL division of Bevan Ashford (Exeter, Plymouth, London, Taunton and Tiverton) has expanded at over 20 per cent per year and has now reached a headcount approaching 400.

Of that, nearly 230 lawyers and staff are based in the Exeter office where they have already filled Curzon House and part of Broadwalk House in Southernhay.

The new development by ROKeagle - part of ROK Property Solutions plc -will be completed in May 2004 when Bevan Ashford EPL’s Exeter team will vacate its two current properties. The firm will be creating new jobs and hopes to double the size of its national re-finance group over the next five years.
