Bruckhaus Deringer, international law firm, and Drew & Napier, leading
Singapore law firm, have announced they are to embark on a joint venture in
Singapore.

The
venture, Freshfields Drew & Napier, will provide clients with the combined
strengths of each firm in terms of experience, network and quality.


Roger Dyer,
managing partner of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Singapore, and Davinder
Singh SC, managing partner of Drew & Napier, will manage the venture
together.

Roger
Dyer said: “This is an extremely important step for our practice in Singapore.
We thought long and hard about entering into a joint venture in Singapore and
believe we have found an excellent partner in Drew & Napier.” Davinder Singh
said: “Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is a major international player and we are
extremely pleased to have them as our partner in this joint venture.

expertise of the two firms will add strength and depth to the legal services we
currently provide.”
